- Candidate must have experience in site finishing work
- Excellent communication skills with management and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Able to do Interior finishing work properly with high Standard.
- Communication with client to meet up their requirement & delivery job on given time
- To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
- Checking contractor’s bill.
- Visit sites with clients upon requirement
- Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
- Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
- Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
- Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
- Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
- Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery etc.
- To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.
- To maintain a workbook & keep all vendors’ actual work measurement.
- To provide daily progress reports as per plan & email communication
