Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer (Real Estate) for the Construction Department.
Must be 12 – 15 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry only.
IEB Membership must be needed for this position.
Help to prepare construction plan and follow up the plan.
Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.
Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.To support for Quality checking of construction materials.
Ensure timely completion of works according to schedule.
Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, environmental, man & materials) of construction site.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the departmental Head time to time.
