Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road construction projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours as necessary.
- Having previous work experience with LGED Road Project will be Preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Having Good knowledge in LGED’s RCC Road, BC Road.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, monitor project progress resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Having Knowledge in Embankment, Earth Work, Sand Filling, Sub Base, WMM, Dense Carpeting etc.
- Having Knowledge in estimate and measurement, Bill Preparing, Sub Contractor’s Bill Preparing.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and local communities to address project-related challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites and promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
- Making Progress report for daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Salary Range: 30k to 35k (Negotiable)
