Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road construction projects.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours as necessary.
Having previous work experience with LGED Road Project will be Preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects from inception to completion.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
Having Good knowledge in LGED’s RCC Road, BC Road.
Manage and coordinate project activities, monitor project progress resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
Having Knowledge in Embankment, Earth Work, Sand Filling, Sub Base, WMM, Dense Carpeting etc.
Having Knowledge in estimate and measurement, Bill Preparing, Sub Contractor’s Bill Preparing.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and local communities to address project-related challenges and opportunities.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites and promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
Making Progress report for daily, weekly, and monthly.
