- Must possess skills in project management, installation/erection, and coordination.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a Civil Engineer for Civil and Steel Structure Work.
Contract Duration:
- 2 Years (with a minimum of 2 years of experience)
- 3 Years (for fresh graduates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project erection and construction, ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.
- Prepare estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review and verify fabrication and erection drawings.
- Collaborate with the project, factory, and detailing teams.
- Liaise with the client’s on-site representative.
- Receive and record materials with proper documentation.
- Maintain project progress in the site register.
- Develop daily erection plans and ensure adherence.
- Review material purchase requisitions and prepare bills.
- Verify contractor bills and manage site supervision, planning, coordination, evaluation, and project handover.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
