Responsibilities & Context

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with the project management team to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the project design aligns with the company’s vision and complies with relevant building codes and zoning laws.
Develop project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and oversee project milestones and timelines.
Construction Management:
Supervise day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and within quality standards.
Ensure that all site activities are compliant with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project continuity and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Budget and Cost Control:
Track and manage project budgets, including preparation and approval of cost estimates and change orders.
Monitor project costs, manage procurement, and ensure that the project stays within financial parameters.
Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring the quality and integrity of the project is not compromised.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure that the project complies with all building codes, zoning laws, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, including technical problems, delays, or conflicts.
