Project Head (Solar / Renewable Energy)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own the ultimate delivery of the power plant project on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and approve contractor payments.
• Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and enforce detailed project schedules to avoid costly delays.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Select, negotiate with, and supervise EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Compliance & Permitting: Coordinate with local utility companies and government agencies to secure all required environmental, grid-connection, and safety permits.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for executive leadership, providing clear progress updates, risk assessments, and financial forecasting.
