Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, E-commerce Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 32 years

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Paramount Venture Capital is a dynamic and forward-thinking investment firm focused on identifying and nurturing groundbreaking startups and high-potential ventures across various industries. As a Project Management Executive at Paramount Venture Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our investment portfolio. Other responsibilities include:

• Identify and assess potential investment opportunities by conducting market research, industry analysis, and due diligence.
• Source promising startups and high-growth companies through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and industry connections.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Develop and refine presentation decks, business proposals, partnership proposals, and sales decks.
• Oversee bill processing for purchases, events, and expenses across all PVC concerns.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create targeted social media content and promotional materials.
• Support corporate sales efforts, including client communication and order processing of all concerns under Paramount Venture Capital.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships.
