Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
- Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
- To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with PM and contractor.
- Managing, monitoring the design documents supplied by architects and engineers.
- Good knowledge about finishing works.
- To check and maintain safety control guideline.
- To follow-up material delivery as per project requirement.
- Understanding drawings of the project in details.
- Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
- Preparing report as required by the management.
- Preparation BoQ .
- Liaise with foreign client and address their needs
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
