• Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point & AutoCAD
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms/Factory/Power Plant/Real Estate.
• Fluent in English for both writing & Speaking
• Able to deal with foreign client.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
• Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
• To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with PM and contractor.
• Managing, monitoring the design documents supplied by architects and engineers.
• Good knowledge about finishing works.
• To check and maintain safety control guideline.
• To follow-up material delivery as per project requirement.
• Understanding drawings of the project in details.
• Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
• Preparing report as required by the management.
• Preparation BoQ .
• Liaise with foreign client and address their needs
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
