Additional Requirements

Minimum of 1.5-2 years of project management experience, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management software.
Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of wellness practices and holistic health (preferred but not required).
Ability to drive motorcycle. (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, marketing, wellness practitioners, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Foster effective communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and cost efficiency.
Monitor progress against the project timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and risks.
Identify potential risks or roadblocks in the project lifecycle and develop solutions to mitigate them.
Quickly address and resolve issues that may arise.
Ensure that all projects meet Anondo Wellness Center’s quality standards and operational requirements.
Evaluate completed projects for areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
Coordinate logistics and manage project timelines for wellness events, workshops, retreats, and other special programs.

Job Location: Dhaka ( But frequently site visit as per need)
