Requirements

Education

• Should have a BA/BSS/BSc./BCom.(pass) degree with master degree or BBA or Bachelor degree (hons) in any subject from a UGC-approved university.
• BSc. In Agriculture will be preferred and MS in Horticulture/Agronomy or any other agricultural depertment will be added advantage.

Experience

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  NGO

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 50 years

• Minimum six (6) years of working experience in project management (only full-time work experience after graduation will be considered).
• Must be required to ride a motorcycle in the working area. As per the rules of the project, annual increment and other benefits will be available.
• Relevant working experience with PKSF or any project funded by multi-lateral development partners would be preferred.
• Good computer knowledge (MS office suite, typing both English and Bangla).

Responsibilities & Context

Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF) Microcredit Regulatory Authority Certificate No. 05136-00895-00001, is working directly and indirectly for the socio-economic development about two lakh people. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi nationals for the following positions in the ‘Promotion of Value Added Fruits for Sustainable Growth and Instituting RECP Practices’ as a part of the ‘Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART)’ project. This sub-project aims to increase resource-efficient and resilient green growth of microenterprises (MEs) under High value crops (Fruits) sub-sector.

The project is jointly financed by the World Bank, Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), and Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF).

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 70,000/-
• Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, etc.) as per the organization’s policy.
• Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules.
