Proficient in using tools such as Axure, Visio, Word, Excel, and MindManager to independently complete product design, output product prototypes and flowcharts, and write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and technical functional description documents.
Ability to think independently, innovate, and pursue results driven by product strength.
Capable of leveraging big data algorithms to accurately match requirements with solutions.
Skilled in coordinating team members, facilitating cross-departmental project advancement, and demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for product planning, strategy, and development, clarifying positioning, objectives, and strategies, and ensuring their implementation.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, user studies, requirement analysis, product feature design, and interaction design.
Create requirement documentation, product prototypes, and communicate with developers to assist in refining requirement solutions and delivery plans.
Design comprehensive shopping guidance solutions for membership e-commerce business based on product positioning and business advantages, maximizing user shopping experience.
Oversee the conversion path within the app, optimize user journeys, design innovative campaigns, and develop core channels to continuously improve overall conversion rates.
Track and advance product development progress, coordinate resources and matters related to the product, manage and monitor product issues and quality to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Handle product operations and release tasks, including but not limited to product training, product launch and demonstrations, issue collection and feedback, product-related documentation, and data analysis.
Drive continuous product development in line with product planning and growth strategies, formulate product change strategies and lifecycle management, and continuously improve and optimize the product to enhance user experience.
