Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)

- Masters
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, DTP House, E-commerce
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Tech base person.
- Understanding and writing capacity of basic English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows to streamline production processes, including scripting for software like Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity and optimize quality.
- Handle all test work received from potential clients, ensuring the highest standards are met before final delivery.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards across all projects.
- Propose and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance in post-production image editing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in quality control.
- Identify training needs and based on that prepare & plan training accordingly for teams performance improvement.
- Can able to work on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and have experience with different high end retouching like – model, E-commerce products, Jewelry (different ornaments; gold & diamond) etc. will add advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to do overtime duty.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HOD and COO.
