Additional Requirements

Experience in Construction of High rise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
Planning skills, Risk management skills, combination skills.
Fluency in software programs related to Construction management including project management software (Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
Good written and oral Communication skills in English and Bengali.

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
Having experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Foreign funded projects.
Monitor all activities regularly.
Study and analyses BOQ and project plan, work schedule and progress report.
Maintain, control and responsibility for the security and operation of directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.
Assess project estimations and budgets.
Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
Oversee construction site workers and subcontractors.
Plan and review potential safety issues.
Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects.
Contribution in cost and price calculations.
Any other job as per management’s requirement.
