Preparation of the project schedule and Planning.
Preparation of bill for department and subcontractor.
Liaison with department, consultant and head office.
Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost-saving measures and potential construction problems.
Responsible for the overall construction project and supervision.
Ensuring work is done at the site as per drawing, schedule and time schedule.
Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
Monitor and maintain the project construction as per schedule on a weekly basis.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings.
Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings. Inform the Consultant/Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant’s design drawings.
Issue monthly progress.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.
Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
