Responsibilities & Context
Job Description: As the Project Manager for the Carelogix App, you will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and timelines; manage resources and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality work and collaboration; facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular project updates; manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor and address issues as they arise.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the Carelogix App meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements; coordinate testing and user acceptance processes.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance and identify opportunities for process improvements; implement best practices and lessons learned.
Evaluation Criteria:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in web app project management.
Tools: Experienced in using Jira and Confluence for project management.
Methodology: Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Availability: Able to join immediately.
Other Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project); ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
