Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with Client Success Managers to understand and align with client requirements.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies are employed.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Solid background in project management, particularly within IT or e-commerce industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, essential for dealing with international teams and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp, Slack, Gantt charts.
