Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
- 10 to 15 years of practical experience in civil construction with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive working knowledge of Government of Bangladesh (GOB) funded projects (e.g., PWD, LGED, RHD, EED, BIWTA, BWDB).
Must have experience in:
- RCC buildings and heavy civil works
- Roads, culverts, bridges, drainage systems
- Foundation, piling, and steel structure erection
- Handling subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
- Estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation
- Preparing and verifying IPC/RAR (Payment Certificates).
Responsibilities & Context
- To plan and prepare Master works program properly based on Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Must be technically sound & have high managerial skills to operate more than 50 numbers of gov’t funded projects (e.g., PWD, LGED, RHD, EED, BIWTA, BWDB). At both the structural and finishing level.
- Monitoring and guiding of project in-charge for proper implementation of project works and performing regular projects visit to ensure excellent quality of works, on time handover within limited budget and to make solution of the pending decisions.
- To recruit & manage the labors, subcontractors & supplier’s as per projects need, resource & safety products allocation & monitoring, project scheduling and its control.
- To prepare Training need assessment of project employees and providing regular training to Project personnel and Workers to develop their skills.
- To coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring of safety measures at site, Project merchandising & branding, own work force Productivity (Profit/loss) and materials inventory control at every month.
- Ability to handle Local Problems at construction projects.
- To oversee projects procurement & ensure all raw materials available as per projects need.
- To prepare & submit regular progress reports, projects materials demand, billing & recovery status to the company management & to attend coordination meeting as per schedule.
