Project Manager (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and manage all civil construction activities of building, road, drainage system, water supply projects.

·         Review and implement design drawings, structural details, and project specifications.

• Review design drawings, BOQs, and work schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per plan and quality standards

·         Ensure all works are performed as per BNBC and other relevant standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Estimate materials, manpower, and cost requirements for construction activities.
• Ensure safety measures and proper documentation at site.

Educational Requirements:

·         B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

·         MIEB Membership will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

·         8–10 years of relevant experience in building, road, and drainage construction projects.

Additional Requirements:

·         Sound knowledge of BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and relevant codes.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently and handle multiple project sites.
