Responsibilities & Context

Job Description / Responsibility:

Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the project.
Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
Coordinating with Engineering, Design & Development, Cost & Estimate, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Land & Legal Departments.
Supervision of all Projects construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
Maintain site observation and monitoring books.Coordination between Management & Projects.Coordination with Design Section for effective implementation projects.
Checking Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing working drawing, problem marking & solving process maintain.Preparation & Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
Budgeting & Estimating, their proper application to projects & control at site.Estimating & Costing of the require materials.
Checking Materials Purchase Requisition.
Approved Materials Receiving Report.
Material management of Construction projects.
Cost control & optimum use of material projects.
Quality controlling of Construction work.
Prepare & submit Report projects status, progress report & prepare Interim/Revised project schedule to Management.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Assisting in Contractors & Suppliers management.Check contractors activities work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance.
Checking all Contractors Comparative Statement & Work Order.
Checking all Contractors bills.Engineering related Customer Services for all Projects and maintaining good relation with clients.
