Additional Requirements
- Age 45 to 50 years
At Least 20-25 year(s) experience in Construction Industries.
Applicants should have extensive experience in constructing high-rise buildings and have completed at least one project (minimum 20-story buildings with 4 basements each).
Candidate should have experience in Construction Project Management
Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD.
Deep understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Strong financial understanding and experience in project budgeting and cost control.
