Fluency in English is essential.
The role will follow a hybrid working model.
An IELTS score of at least 6.5 is required.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Strong understanding of ERP modules, business processes, and workflow automation.
Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and project execution.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Technical knowledge of Odoo ERP, Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux is a plus.

Plan, execute, and oversee ERP (Odoo) implementation projects for UK-based clients.
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and clients, to gather and define requirements.
Monitor and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
Lead system integration, data migration, and post-implementation support.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with UK standards.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for end-users and team members.
Coordinate closely with the Sysnova Bangladesh team for resource planning and technical support.
