Responsibilities & Context
- Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in Excavation Constructions related work.
- Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress Monitoring, Sub-Contractor Dealing, Overall Supervision, Liaison and Preparing bills.
- Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
- Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
- Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
- To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with other PM and contractor.
- Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
- Preparing report as required by the management & preparing BoQ.
- Should have Government authority ((Army/BWDB/City Corporation) bill preparation capability.
- Submit project progress report daily, weekly, monthly using MS Project (preferred) /Excel.
- Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
