Responsibilities & Context

Curlware is a dynamic software development company specializing in creating innovative web applications. We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web application projects, from inception to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives and deliverables.
• Create detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including frontend developers (React.js, Next.js) and backend developers (PHP, Laravel).
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among team members.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

Client Communication:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and changes to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes and standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Track project metrics and KPIs.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience managing web application development projects, preferably with React.js, Next.js, PHP, and Laravel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
