• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 50 years

• At least 5 year hands on experience within this sector. Has to be able to understand drawings, BOQ etc.
• Has to have good skill to prepare BOQ for Interior or Civil works.
• Good knowledge of different materials and working details etc.
• Has to have keen eye for construction works and quality finishing.
• Ability to prepare project work schedule, co-ordination with Vendors, handling workers to ensure timely delivery of construction.
• A person with good sense of ethics will be preferred.
• Can work with Architects and other engineers and can easily be part of a team. Software skills are required.
