Skill and Competencies:

Job Requirements:

At least 03-05 years of experience in Health projects and Programs
Should have a proven record of leadership, team building, cultural sensitivity and diplomacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English

Report writing skill:

Excellent computer literacy, specially in MS Office and email communication.
Previous experience of working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.·
High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas.

Activities:

Summary of Key Functions:
Overall management of patient generation & flow on the anchoring locations of Hospital ship.
Establish co-operation and coordination between previous, present & next location of ship hospital in terms of local government liaison, demand generation, patient flow management & smooth delivery of services.
Liaison with local level Government & Non-Government Stakeholders
Maintain co-operation & collaboration between Outreach component & Ship hospital.
Regularly supervise the Outreach component of the Program, establish and maintain linkage between ship hospital and Outreach component.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Government Administrative, Health officials and employees at Upazila, Union & Ward level, other NGOs and Friendship Hospitals as well as other Sectors of Friendship.
Supervise and monitor Outreach component.
Suggest improvement of quality of care, satellite clinics and other outreach component.
Monitor rational use of stock of Outreach component.
To prepare monthly work plan and progress reports of the field.
Provide daily, monthly report.
To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management

Additional Responsibilities:

Help in Establishing community-based health services network through FCM.
Display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
Demonstrate transparency and honesty in every dealing.
Appropriately follow safeguarding policy.
