- Ability to identify and implement solutions to project implementation challenges
- Demonstrated high level of computer skills in MS Office suite (outlook, excel (essential), access, power point), Clickup or similar project management software etc.
- Prior experience working in internationally funded agricultural or environmental development projects is desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required, using various modes of transport.
- The selected candidate should exhibit the following competencies: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Client orientation.

Compensation & Other Benefits
- The position is for Bangladesh Nationals for an initial fixed-term contract of 1-year with 3 months probationary period, which further employment is subject to performance and the continued availability of funds.
