Minimum 3 years’ & maximum 6 years’ professional experience in the construction field and Project Management
The candidate should be proficient in MS-Office, MS-Project, Auto CAD and other design and project management related software;
Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Bangla and English);
Strong leadership skill;
Adaptable and able to work under pressure;
All requirements to be carried out independently.

Prepare effective planning to develop construction projects and submit to the higher management;
Coordinate with employer and consultants’ engineers for getting and complete the project successfully;
Prepare projects quality and cost control planning to make sure the best quality within the project budget;
Prepare project planning for construction budget, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction project;
Collect necessary information from project and prepare the required weekly and monthly progress reports;
Prepare design and drawing for different type of component of the project such as: Building, Road, Drainage, Ditch, Trench etc.;
Prepare relevant reports for construction Project;
Other Tasks assigned by the authority.
