Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience

- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 04-08 years of professional experience in Civil Construction projects.
- At least 1 year of experience as Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, or equivalent position.
- Proven experience in Road/Highway/Bridge/Flyover/ Building, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in government and semi-government projects will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage Road and Bridge or Building Construction Projects.
- Prepare project plans, work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise site engineers, project staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review project drawings, BOQ, estimates, and technical documents.
- Monitor project costs and control budget overruns.
- Prepare project reports and present project status to management.
- Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and labor regulations.
