- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical distribution.
- Familiarity with net metering policies, grid interconnection, and renewable energy regulations in Bangladesh.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the end-to-end execution of solar PV projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
- Review engineering designs, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage procurement and logistics activities related to project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
- Support business development teams with technical proposals and project feasibility assessments.
