Minimum of 5 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations. Minimum of three years’ experience in coordinating projects. Experience in climate change and livelihood Programs will get preference.§ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license.§ Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.§ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context
Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Strengthening the resilience and adapting capacity of vulnerable groups and empowering civil society in the context of climate change in Bangladesh (SRIJAN) Project in Morrelgonj and Sharankhola Upazila of Bagerhat district supported by NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.§ Responsible for program implementation and delivery; managing and monitoring program staff; designing and delivering training, and workshops; program documentation and reporting; coordinating monthly action plans and team meetings; communicating with authorities; local advocacy responsibilities; research and study-related activities; training and workshops; crisis management as appropriate.§ Follow the organization’s Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Tk. 60,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
