Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare project implementation plan and follow the guidelines of donors.
• Prepare action plans, budgets, and detailed reports.
• Maintain and monitor program budgets, tracking expenditures and transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation providing guidelines to the Photographer.
• Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners.
• Prepare paperwork and order necessary materials as required.
• Assist in project growth and development initiatives.
• Ensure a solid understanding of project implementation processes.
• Develop monthly plans and reports to monitor progress.
• Organize seminars and workshops focused on volunteer development, climate change, and women’s empowerment.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and document tour plans, tour reports, and visit summaries.
• Compile detailed project implementation reports.
• Prepare reports for NGOAB as needed.
• Maintain a strong relationship with volunteers and support their engagement.
• Execute assigned projects to meet objectives.
• Develop daily work plans, task lists, and provide reports to the line Manager.
• Perform any additional tasks as required to support program success.
