  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital content strategies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SDLC development cycles.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Proposal and Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to draft compelling project proposals, create technical documentation, and produce high-quality content that effectively communicates complex ideas. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Proposal Writing:

  • Research and understand client requirements to draft tailored project proposals.
  • Develop well-structured, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight organizational capabilities.
  • Ensure proposals align with company goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and finalize proposals within deadlines.

Technical Content Development:

  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, project documentation, whitepapers, and FAQs.
  • Simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences without losing key details.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure technical accuracy.

Content Creation:

  • Produce engaging content for blogs, case studies, and presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Create and maintain content libraries for reusable assets across projects and proposals.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client pain points to strengthen proposals and technical content.
  • Continuously update knowledge about industry standards and best practices.
