Responsibilities

Any client who arrives at the project site office must be welcomed or greeted.
When the client comes to the project, you must show the client around the project And provide necessary and objective briefs on each matter.
If any problem arises in the project, it must be reported to the central office and necessary measures must be taken immediately.
Work must always be conducted according to management decisions.
If anything is needed in the project, it must be collected through requisition at the head office.
Maintain project security and maintain discipline while interacting with other project staff.
Work must be conducted as per the instructions of the senior officer stationed at the project.
Must have good communication skills.
Also the ability to transform any negative situation into a positive one.
Preference will be given to those with previous experience working on land projects.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
