Requirements
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience
- 5 to 10 years

Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Satellite TV
Additional Requirements

Candidates must have working experience for project management and implementations related to Telecom or VSAT/SATCOM/FM Radio and TV systems.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the various government and private projects such as FM Radio & TV(Studio, MCR, Live Broadcasting), Satellite/VSAT, Flyway/DSNG Systems, Telecom & Power systems etc.
- Shall be responsible to prepare the technical proposals for various government and private tenders
- Shall responsible to meet the requirement of customers and handover the projects successfully & on time.
- Shall responsible to lead the Installation, Commissioning, Testing of Power System, VSAT Terminals, FM RADIO, TV stations and many more related to Media/Telecom/Satcom.
- Lead 24/7 operational Support to customer and meet the requirements of the KPI
- Attain pre-bid or project meetings with the high level customers and foreign principals.
- Responsible for sourcing the products from local and international markets
- Coordinate with Banks and suppliers for LC/TT and placing the purchase orders, payments, bills etc.
- Follow up with the CNF/Forwarder for international shipment and customs clearance and products delivery on time.
- Shall responsible to travel locally and internationally with clients for overseas training, pre-shipment inspections , factory visit etc.
- Shall responsible to submit the official reports on daily/weekly basis
- Shall be responsible for communications and follow up project delivery with the foreign principals.
- Shall responsible to monitor the costs and unnecessary expenses.
- Shall monitor team activities and performances and recruit suitable candidates when needed.
- Must be quick learner, good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Shall be good in English speaking, MS Word, Power Point, Visio and Excel etc.
