The job description of a Protocol Officer/Bodyguard to the Chairman/MD/Director’s of a company typically involves a combination of security, administrative, and diplomatic responsibilities. The primary goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the executive while also managing their schedule and interactions with others.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide close protection to the MD/Chairman, ensuring their safety and security in various environments.
Conduct threat assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security issues.
Plan and implement security measures to mitigate risks, including coordinating with external security agencies if necessary.
Coordinate with government officials, dignitaries, and other VIPs on behalf of the executive.
Handle communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the executive and their team are well-prepared for various scenarios.
Maintain a high level of physical fitness and readiness to respond to security challenges.
Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
