Responsibilities & Context
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.·
- Recording, and maintaining Kitchen expenses Coordinating internal and external events.
- Update staff daily attendance.
- Record attendance for late comes.
- Execute all orders from the CEO.
- Performing Admin and HR-related work.
- Attend Customer Meetings with the CEO at the office or outside of the office.
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the office area.
- Update the list of interviewed candidates.
- Send an email and call the candidate for the interview session.
- Makes a call to the candidates’ referrers.
