Job Context
The post of Personal Secretary to Managing Director is primarily concerned with management, arrangement, implementation of the daily meetings, tasks, reporting of the Managing Director of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
- Keep liaison with investors of the company
- Look after corporate works of Managing Director
- Supervise & co-ordinate office works, admin works & related all works of Managing Director
- Conduct all secretarial tasks such as meeting schedule, meeting agenda, minutes prepare, memo writing etc.
- Maintain the schedules and diary of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are duly updated
- Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement
- Receiving & delivering mail, drafting & replying to the letter as per requirement
- Keep confidentiality to all the issues
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Arranging and managing business travels for Managing Director
- Arranging and booking Air Tickets, Hotel booking for Managing Director etc.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the Managing Director
- Any other task assigned by Management related to the role profile
