Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments

Develop and implement psychological assessment procedures for airline crew members
Conduct psychological evaluations for pilots, cabin crew to ensure their mental well-being and suitability for their roles
Provide counseling and support services to crew members facing work-related stress or personal challenges
Design and deliver crew training programs to enhance their performance, communication skills and stress management
Collaborate with other departments to improve crew-resource management and teamwork
Conduct research and analysis to identify factors affecting crew performance and propose effective solutions
Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in aviation psychology
