Responsibilities & Context
Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring smooth service.
Management and organizing of multiple existing client accounts.
Lead Call enquiries.
Meet students face to face or virtually.
Understanding the education products and services.
Assist the Admin/Management with day to day official works.
Track and assess the effectiveness of the documentations as well as the client communications regularly.
