Responsibilities & Context
- Assist the PR department by performing administrative tasks.
- Support the PR Manager with the execution and implementation of PR and media relations campaigns.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of PR materials, such as brochures, pamphlets, newsletters.
- Write, edit, and upload social media content, videos, emails, press releases, and other communication.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions and suggest innovative ideas
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage calendars and schedules, including meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conduct market research, track media coverage, and identify new publicity opportunities.
- Establish working relationships with clients, media, and vendors.
- Participate in the organization and execution of various PR and media events.
- Maintain the PR database and track relevant PR metrics.
- Keep and update contact lists and project-specific record.
