Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Purchase and Procurement Executive for a renowned fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently sourcing ready wears and materials essential to operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop cost-efficient procurement strategies for sourcing ready wears and raw materials essential to operations.
Plan and align procurement activities with the company’s budget, cost-saving goals, and production timelines.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to ensure the best value for the organization.
Maintain delivery schedules to prevent production disruptions and manage comprehensive supplier databases.
Generate procurement reports, track market trends, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the company procurement policy & procedure
Ensuring monthly report and Daily work report, pipe line materials report.
