Responsibilities & Context

Able to procure Spinning mills related spare parts independently.Excellent team player, independent worker self-motivated and result oriented.Well versed in computer operation.Excellent communication ability both in written and spoken English.Collecting Quotation, preparing comparative statement and taking approval for fixing vendor to make supply the materials.Negotiating price, quality and delivery time, date with the vendors.Taking authority’s approval of purchase requisitions.Issuing work/purchase order to vendor.Receiving/purchasing materials from vendor and check with work order.Sending the purchased materials from as per requisition to the factory.Submitting bills/vouchers and adjusting advances (if any) to the accounts department.Maintaining procurement records and warranty information.Purchase of stationery items for factory and Head office.Taking authority’s approval to provide stationery items as per demand.Providing items as per approved requisition.To undertake additional tasks and responsibilities demand as necessary by the management.
