Identify potential suppliers through market research, regular physical market visit and networking.

Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and service.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Create a Database with regular updates of the product pricing & source.

Regular monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sourcing process.

Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their requirements.

Track and report key performance metrics related to sourcing activities.

Manage Total Sourcing Process: Customer Requisition, sourcing of the products with best price & right quality & specifications, Deliver the items.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues, disputes or discrepancies.
