Responsibilities:
Procure and source materials, goods, and services as needed to ensure the seamless operation of daily production activities.
Negotiate for best price and execute contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
Create purchase orders and manage all related documentation.
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and adherence to agreements & Monitor market trends and research potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Update vendor database on a regular basis.
Prepare monthly purchase reports.
Responsible for maintain daily inventory of all products and place orders as needed.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of all products
Skills & Expertise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Market analysis.
Must have a good command of MS Office applications
