Requirements
Education
- Masters in Engineering (MEngg), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
- Procuring materials for the entire group.
- Co-ordination with user receiving purchase requisition & analysis those needs accordingly.
- Prepare CS & take approval from management.
- Prepare purchase order as per requirement & follow-up with the supplier for on time delivery.
- Liaise with the store personnel in order to confirm the receipt of goods / materials and to find out any discrepancies with regard to quality, quantity, or any other perimeters.
- Collect DN/GRN from the concern store.
- Prepare bills & Submit to audit & accounts department for on time payment.
- Regular visit to the market to find new vendors & to get actual price of the materials.
- Ensure efficient procurement according to SOP
