Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters

• MBA / Masters Degree in any discipline./ Graduate or Diploma in Textile Technology.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years

• 2 to 3 years in similar position in Terry Towel Industry AND / OR 6 to 8 years in Quality based work in Textile – Terry Towel Industry.
• Clear conception / knowledge on various types of defect & their causes in terry towel.
• Controlling and coordinating activities along with the team.
• Clear conception on textile & terry towel related to various quality standards.
• Clear conception on various quality related testing standards of textile & terry towel.
• Skilled in computer, Report writing and Mail communications.
• Communicating in English [verbal & written] / Mail correspondence with Buyers, Clients, Relevant companies & Top Management.
• Additional Preference:- Ability to conduct in-house testing of products on quality, according to International standards shall be additional preference
• Additional Preference:- Certification on ISO 9001:2015 shall be additional preference.

Responsibilities & Context

A well established Terry Towel manufacturing company at Chattogram CEPZ is looking for a QC Incharge to handle Quality related all affairs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality function Team.
• Ability to monitor & ensure products quality and efficiency standards set by the Company / Buyer / Client.
• Prepare, Monitor, Maintain – Daily basis quality related reports – issues & report to the management as necessary.
• Ability to handle various testing of raw materials, in-process & finished products according to international standards / buyer’s requirement.
• Clear understanding on Technical Audits and ability to manage all types of Technical Audits independently.
• Ability to maintain Quality Management System (QMS) along with ability to face QMS Audits independently
• Maintain & provide support to maintain compliance standards & procedures within factory premises.
