Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures for the entire factory.
Overseeing the quality of raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
Performing in process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Working closely with the design, production, and technical teams to maintain product quality.
Leading and developing the quality inspection team, providing training, and ensuring the follow quality standards.
Communicating with buyer representative and providing feedback with timely manner.
Identifying and addressing defects in products, and implementing corrective and preventive action.
Making sure that all processes comply with company and customer’s standards.
Ensuring that the final product meets customer expectations and resolving any quality-related issues.
Maintaining all necessary quality documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Continuously seeking ways to improve quality control processes and reduce defects.
