Responsibilities & Context
Basic requirements:
Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.
Understand requirements and tune factory quality according to preference.
Conduct audit of factories and suggest improvements.
Capable of amending patterns and idea of different shape of pattern.
Capable of Training and educating the sewing and finishing workers to achieve right quality.
Guide factory in tough situation and avoid bottle neck in process.
Conduct inline sewing, inline finishing and pre -final audit.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of different types of washes and technique to maintain the same in finishing process.
Knowledge of different types of calibration and educating factory.
Must have worked for some good catalogue or premium buyers.
Education Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline.
