Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Other Skills:

Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections.
Conduct site inspections to monitor structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work for compliance with approved designs and codes.
Supervise and test materials, structural components, and systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Monitoring different lab tests.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and audits, providing regular quality updates.
Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet quality requirements through regular audits and reviews.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and provide guidance to ensure smooth project progress.
Train and support site staff on quality control standards, ensuring awareness and adherence to correct practices.
