Responsibilities & Context

Job description:

The job requirement is to work in shift in QC lab, conduct testing of samples of Liquid Inks, Water Based Inks, SFUV Inks, Incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Others, analyze the deviations, find root cause, take suitable corrective and preventive actions, strict compliance to QMS. Follow laid down guidelines of company; it includes existing and new guidelines issued on time to time.

Job Location: MIEZ, Narayangonj

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining record of testing results,
• Making entry in SAP,
• Maintaining batch sample, maintaining master sample & maintaining testing equipment.
• Testing of in process of ink sample in Liquid ink/Water Based Inks/SFUV Inks,
• Testing of finish goods sample & in process samples of liquid ink, which include testing of shades, dispersion, tack, viscosity, flow, curing, print other parameters as per product requirement
• Ensuring quality product is delivered to customer
• Analysis of customer complaint sample and identifying root cause, take CAPA
• Follow QMS guidelines, SOP and other guidelines issued on time to time
• Safety of self and work place
• Maintain and improve 5S of work place
• Continuously improve quality processes
• Calibration of Equipment
• Maintain and improve traceability of the products
